Shipping cost of all items except beds and furniture is determined by the following guideline:

$0.00 - $49.99	$6.99
$50.00 - $99.99	$7.99
$100.00 and up	FREE SHIPPING

Please note that shipping cost is different for Hawaii and Alaska States.

Due to the uniqueness and large variety of merchandise in our store, some merchandise may be sent from our manufacturers directly. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and shippment. You may contact admin@hippypuppy.com for shipping status. There may be additional shipping charge for big items such as beds and furniture. If additional charge is needed, we will contact you for approval.

Return Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will happily replace the item. All faulty or damaged goods must be notified within 7 days of the delivery of the order. Please contact Hippy Puppy for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Shipments without RA # will be returned to the sender.

All transactions are final except for the conditions above.
